MORTGAGE AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE UP TO $7500.

AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF UNINCORPORATED HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL – INCLUDING PLANT CITY AND TEMPLE TERRACE

Unincorporated Hillsborough County, FL including Plant City and Temple Terrace has funding available to provide mortgage and rental assistance. The program runs from October 26th through December 4th of 2020. This funding has been made available under the Federal CARES Act which is part of the stimulus package.

Note! Needs must be COVID related:

• Must be past due
• Copies of Lease or Mortgage will be required
• Total Household Income according to household size must not exceed the amounts in the table below

You must be located in Unincorporated Hillsboro County, FL or the cities of Plant City or Temple Terrace

Important! Step #1: Please verify if you live in Hillsborough County FIRST!! This assistance is NOT available if you live within the City of Tampa limits.

To make sure you live in the County, visit the link below, and do a property search by owner or by address. If the Property Record Card Tax District indicates “U Unincorporated” you live in the county. If the Tax District indicates “TA Tampa,” unfortunately, you do not qualify for this program.
